How to use the Pulse Oximeter?
1. Preparation:
- Ensure hands are clean, free of any substances that may interfere with readings, such as nail polish.
- Locate the finger clip section that fits the size of your finger, usually found at one end of the device.
2. Insert Finger:
- Place the finger flat into the clip, ensuring it makes close contact with the sensors on both sides.
- Most pulse oximeters are designed to be used with only one finger, typically the middle or ring finger.
3. Secure Finger:
- Gently press the indicator to prevent the finger from moving during the measurement process, crucial for obtaining accurate readings.
- Avoid moving the finger or device during the measurement.
4. Start Measurement:
- Power on the pulse oximeter with a single button press.
- Wait for the device to complete the measurement, usually taking just a few seconds.
5. End of Use:
- Remove the finger after completing the measurement, the device will automatically power off.

Power off the instrument and remove the batteries before cleaning. Ensure that the appearance of the instrument is neat, dust-free, and dirt-free. Clean the outer surface of the instrument using 75% medical alcohol and a piece of dry soft cloth.
Caution: Avoid liquid flowing into the instrument during cleaning
