blood pressure monitor machine
Some wrist blood pressure monitors provide accurate results as long as they are used exactly as directed and the results are checked in a healthcare provider's office. For the most reliable blood pressure measurements, the American Heart Association recommends choosing a monitor with a cuff that wraps around the upper arm whenever possible.

People who are not suitable for using electronic blood pressure monitors
1. Overweight people.
2. People with arrhythmia.
3. People with very weak pulse, severe dyspnea or hypothermia.
4. People with heart rate below 40 beats per minute and above 240 beats per minute.
5. People with Parkinson's disease.
Some people with larger arm sizes may not be able to find a cuff that fits at home. In this case, blood pressure can be measured at the wrist. A wrist blood pressure monitor may also be an option for people who have had their armpit lymph nodes removed (axillary lymph node dissection).

The cuff of most blood pressure monitors is 35cm long and 12-13cm wide. This size is suitable for people with an arm circumference of 25-35cm.
However, obese people or people with larger arm circumference should use a larger cuff, and children should use a smaller cuff.
A cuff that is too tight or improperly positioned, or body movement can cause measurement errors; avoid using the electronic blood pressure monitor in places with electric fields to prevent interference from the electric field and affect the measurement accuracy; do not shake the table on which the electronic blood pressure monitor is placed when measuring blood pressure; ensure that the power supply is sufficient, because both inflation and LCD display require power, and insufficient power will also affect the accuracy of the measurement.
