Ultrasonic atomizers use electronic high-frequency oscillation (oscillation frequency is 1.7MHz or 2.4MHz, which is beyond the human hearing range and is harmless to humans and animals) to break up the liquid water molecule structure through the high-frequency resonance of the ceramic atomizer to produce natural and elegant water mist without heating or adding any chemical reagents. Compared with the heating atomization method, it saves 90% of energy

The most important factor affecting the efficacy of nebulized inhalation is the effective aerosol particle diameter, which should be able to deposit in the airways and lungs and produce a therapeutic effect. The particle diameter is most suitable between 1 and 5 µm. Most of the particles larger than 5 µm will be retained in the mouth and eventually swallowed into the body. Although particles smaller than 0.5 µm can reach the lower respiratory tract, 90% can be expelled from the body with exhalation.
Ultrasonic nebulizer refers to a nebulizer device used in medical treatment. Its basic principle is: the oscillation signal from the main circuit board is amplified by a high-power triode and transmitted to the ultrasonic chip. The ultrasonic chip converts electrical energy into ultrasonic energy. The ultrasonic energy can atomize water-soluble drugs into tiny mist particles of 1um to 5um at room temperature. With water as the medium, the ultrasonic directional pressure is used to spray the water-soluble liquid medicine into mist. With the help of the internal fan wind, the liquid medicine is sprayed into the patient's airway and then inhaled by the patient.


How to choose the right atomizer
1. Atomized particle size
Generally speaking, the relationship between the diameter of atomized particles and the location of drug deposition is as follows: 5–10μm: mainly deposited in the large conducting trachea and oropharynx; less than 5μm: mainly deposited in the lungs; less than 3μm: 50%-60% deposited in the lungs; less than 0.5μm: expelled from the body with exhalation.
It can be seen that the atomized particles are not the bigger the better, nor the smaller the better. The effective atomized particle diameter for treating the lower respiratory tract should be 0.5-10μm, with 3-5μm being the best.
2. Atomization rate
That is, the amount of atomization sprayed by the nebulizer per minute. The atomization rate is not the bigger the better. A small atomization rate is not easy to deposit in lower respiratory tract diseases, and a large atomization rate may cause choking and drug waste. It can be adjusted to a comfortable state according to actual conditions.
3. Working noise
Most of the noises of compressed atomizers sold on the market are around 80 decibels, while the noises of good quality compressed atomizers are generally lower than 65 decibels.
1. Patients are encouraged to use masks for atomization without mouthpieces (to prevent the exhaled airflow from entering the atomizer and corroding the internal components of the atomizer).
2. Do not subject the atomizer inhaler to any strong impact, such as falling from a height.
3. Do not place the product in places with high temperature, low temperature, high pressure or direct sunlight.
4. Do not break the air delivery tube.
5. The sink must be filled with distilled water before each startup. Check whether the diaphragm at the bottom of the medicine cup is leaking to prevent the liquid medicine from entering the water and causing waste. In addition, the liquid medicine will corrode the chip.
6. Do not move or store the product when there is liquid medicine in the bottle.
7. After each use, drain the water in the sink completely, wipe the atomizer dry, and wipe the chip dry with a soft cloth. If scale is found on the chip, soak it in a special chip cleaning solution for 3min-5min, and then wipe it dry to extend its life.
