When measuring, the sweat from the head should be wiped dry to prevent measurement deviation. When measuring outdoors, the clothes should be removed to avoid covering with foreign matters. For example, the measurement of wrist or neck will be more accurate. It is recommended to measure once every 10 minutes and take the average value of three times, which is relatively accurate.
