The measurement principle of the hemoglobin analyzer is to use the colorimetric method to dissolve the hemoglobin in the blood sample under a specific light source and a specific filter, color it with a specific fluorescent dye, absorb the fluorescent dye onto the filter, and then compare the fluorescence intensity on the filter to measure the hemoglobin content in the blood1. The surfactant lyses the red blood cells and releases hemoglobin.
